I felt like stepping into a time capsule of aviation history at the TWA Hotel, nestled within the iconic TWA Flight Center at JFK Airport. As someone who recently explored this transformed masterpiece, I couldn’t help but be captivated by the seamless blend of mid-century modern glamour and contemporary luxury.
The architect responsible for this masterpiece is Eero Saarinen. Fantastic work! He also designed other architectural masterpieces around the world.
After a NYC Subway ride – The best metropolitan train system in the world – I decided to visit the TWA hotel at JFK here in NYC. I have seen it so many times on my way to my adventures in Latin America. It was cloudy, but I did the best I could taking these memorial architecture photos. Scroll down and let me know what you think.
